Favorite Picture Series 2013

Sarah Kamara was a rice farmer before the civil war in Sierra Leone. She was shot in the chest during an attack on her village and is lucky to be alive. She now weaves the distinctive black and white country cloth on a simple, homemade loom outside her home in Kabala. She is my choice for favorite photo this week!
